How does ordering work?

You can pre-order for our popups or for porch pickup on Hotplate. We also have limited walk-up supply at popups.

We are also happy to work with you on catering/larger orders for your parties and events. In that case, please reach out by emailing us at info@billibakery.com or filling out our contact form.

What is a cottage food operation (CFO)?

A CFO is a home-based food business permitted by the county. Billi Bakery is a cottage food bakery operating out of a home kitchen in Santa Clara County.

Where is your pickup location? 

We operate out of a home kitchen in the Cambrian neighborhood of San Jose. When you order for pickup on Hotplate, your confirmation email will have information on how to find us. 

do you deliver? 

Yes! We do delivery within Santa Clara county on Mondays. Additionally, delivery is available for catering orders of $200 or more for a flat fee depending on the destination. Please reach out to info@billibakery.com if you would like to have your baked goods delivered. 

Do you ship? 

Not currently. We are obsessed with making sure we provide fresh, high quality cakes and croissants, and aren’t yet up to the task of ensuring that quality with long distance delivery.

I have an allergen/dietary restriction: Do you have any gluten free, sugar free, eggless, or vegan options?

All pastry (croissants and kouign amann) are eggless and vegetarian. We do not offer other custom options for pastry.

Cakes can be made eggless, vegan, or gluten free on request - contact info@billibakery.com to place a custom order.

We do not do sugar free.

All menu items containing milk use lactose-free milk.

How should I store my leftover treats?

Do you make pet treats? 

No, human treats only!

Do you cater for weddings and special events? What about corporate catering? 

Yes, please email info@billibakery.com for discussions about catering/large orders. We would be happy to supply your party or event.
