How do I store your cakes?
You can leave your cake on the counter at room temperature for a day or two.
If you are storing cakes in the fridge or freezer, it is best to tightly wrap them twice in plastic wrap. Cakes will stay about a week in the fridge, or longer (up to a month!) in the freezer.

How do i reheat your cakes?
If you have left your cake on the counter, there’s nothing to do! Simply enjoy.
In general, our cakes are meant to be eaten at room temperature.
Fridge: Take your cake out of the fridge for at least a few hours to come up to room temperature. Overnight thaws work as well!
Freezer: Thaw at least overnight on the counter.

How do I store your croissants?
Our croissants are not meant to be stored, and are best enjoyed the day of your purchase. If you must keep them longer, store on the counter in an airtight container. However, we find croissants are stale within a day.
